We are a small family business based in Hastings, led by Cathy and serve residential and smaller commercial customers at their homes and places of business including shops, offices, churches, restaurants and guest houses.

Great experience all round, I couldn't recommend Cathy more. I had to have some new plugs sockets and a replacement consumer unit installed - all within a couple of weeks because of some other work I had planned. Cathy came over the same day I reached out and provided a quote, and she did the work the following week. Super professional and considerate, and she gave us good advice throughout. Will definitely be using Bright Sparks again.

Very professional. Answered calls, booked in a time, kept to agreed booking. Installed cooker points neat and tidy finish. Was a relief to have a qualified electrician not mess about with half promises to come round. Would book Cathy again without hesitation.

Cathy the electrician & Mark the plumber replaced my broken en-suite shower with a new one. They were so professional & also kind. The new shower looks good & is amazing to use. I know I can safely call on them now if I ever need an electrician or plumber.

Brilliant - Mark came out within two hours of me phoning him. We had an emergency, as our light had fallen out the ceiling the day before we were due guests.
